回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形(xing)總長度約為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機直接(jie)(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分(fen)式,用螺栓(shuan)固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量(liang),同時又(you)延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)(duan)而(er)(er)落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)(er)不能快速(su)(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)(zai)此(ci)矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
