回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕(shi)料的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以(yi)及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參數(shu)合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)礦(kuang)渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)的外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進(jin)入(ru)內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘干(gan)物料(liao)后再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為(wei)與之相當(dang)的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少占地面積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩步(bu)退一(yi)(yi)步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)行(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分(fen)吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang)(liang),同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進,達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速(su)行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
