三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒體的(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)利用(yong)。其(qi)筒體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板下不斷(duan)(duan)抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的熱量(liang),又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的熱量(liang),同時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自(zi)重(zhong)而不能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)燥目(mu)的。
