回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保溫(wen)以及(ji)合理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸(zheng)發(fa)強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合理(li),操作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤。
產品結(jie)構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸(cun)。該(gai)機工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒(tong)體,在機體Z形往復折流(liu)后,充(chong)分利用(yong)熱能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸(xie)出。
烘干(gan)機筒體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到充分的利用。其筒體(ti)外(wai)形(xing)總(zong)長度約(yue)為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單筒的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
