回轉(zhuan)式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)(ji)前濕料(liao)的預(yu)烘(hong)干(gan)和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)時間,再加(jia)上密封(feng)、保溫以及(ji)合(he)理的配套措施,使烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進(jin)、運(yun)行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作(zuo)簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用于各(ge)個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是(shi)通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進(jin)入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機體(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分(fen)利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平(ping)放(fang)置(zhi)的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充(chong)分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)(gai)機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
