產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一起(qi)的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以(yi)縮短(duan)烘(hong)干(gan)機體的(de)外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次(ci)進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形往(wang)復折流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)外(wai)筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過(guo)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中間(jian)設計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺(luo)栓固定(ding)連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
物料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄板(ban)下不斷抄起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果的濕物料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不能(neng)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
