回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三(san)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)是通過(guo)對(dui)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分的利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形(xing)總長度約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅(fu)度地減少占地面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺(luo)栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
