三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面得到充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度約(yue)為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機的支承裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)(dai)與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定(ding)連接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端(duan)(duan)進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷地(di)被反復(fu)揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)(duan)而(er)落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
