回轉式(shi)三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結(jie)構(gou),增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干時(shi)間,再(zai)加(jia)上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理的配套措(cuo)施(shi),使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積(ji)蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體改為套疊(die)在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工(gong)作時(shi),物料(liao)(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形(xing)往復(fu)折流后(hou)(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)(liao)后(hou)(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體(ti)(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)(ti)的(de)截面得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒體(ti)(ti)外形(xing)總長(chang)度約為(wei)與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減(jian)少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊(jin)湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)進(jin)入回(hui)(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)(de)行進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)(hui)路方(fang)式行進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在此矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)行充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
