回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對(dui)單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物料和(he)熱(re)氣流(liu)依次進入內至(zhi)外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分利(li)用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒體部分由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒體的截面得到充分的利用。其(qi)筒體外形(xing)總長度(du)約為(wei)與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面積和廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體(ti)結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
