回(hui)轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增加(jia)入(ru)機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)(he)理(li)的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高(gao)48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參數合(he)(he)理(li),操(cao)作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)各個(ge)行(xing)業(ye)的礦渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構(gou)
三(san)筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊(die)在(zai)一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形(xing)尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)(liao)和(he)熱氣流依次進入(ru)內至(zhi)外筒體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒套疊組成,這(zhe)就使(shi)筒體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利(li)用(yong)。其(qi)筒體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為與之相當的(de)單筒的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少(shao)占(zhan)地面(mian)(mian)(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)(mian)積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成(cheng)軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原(yuan)理
