三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)(san)發的熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的。
