大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅(fu)度地(di)減少(shao)占(zhan)地(di)面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由電(dian)機(ji)(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的熱(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)多回(hui)路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒(mei)有達到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
