三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由(you)三(san)個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得(de)到(dao)充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當(dang)的(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒(tong)上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊(jin)湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設(she)計成軸向剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺(luo)栓固定連接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料由供料裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料移動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)(re)量(liang),同時又(you)延(yan)長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一端而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回(hui)(hui)路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料因自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的(de)。
