大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面(mian)(mian)得到充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)(ji)總體結構緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)層,實現(xian)順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層的抄板下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層的另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步退一步的行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層另一端而落入外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多(duo)回路(lu)方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完成干燥(zao)目的。
