回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進原(yuan)(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間(jian),再加上密封(feng)、保溫以及合理(li)(li)的(de)配套(tao)措施,使(shi)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產能力與原(yuan)(yuan)單筒式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強(qiang)度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行參(can)數合理(li)(li),操作(zuo)簡單可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個行業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品(pin)結(jie)構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)的外形尺(chi)寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時(shi),物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面得(de)到充分(fen)的利(li)用。其(qi)筒(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進式(shi)(shi)實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入(ru)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進,呈進兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)進方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,又(you)吸(xi)收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進,達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內進行(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
