三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分(fen)由三個(ge)同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這(zhe)就(jiu)使筒體(ti)的(de)(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大(da)幅度地減少(shao)占地面積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面積。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更換(huan),在中間設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)裝置進入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進式實現(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)進入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反復揚進,呈進兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發(fa)的熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)(duan)而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進,達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)(chao)板(ban)內進行(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
