產品結(jie)構(gou)
三筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒體(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的三筒,以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利(li)用(yong)熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由三(san)個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外筒套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒的30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪帶與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖(pou)分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的抄板下不斷抄起、散(san)(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)(san)發的熱(re)量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落入外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完(wan)成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目的。
