回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)機是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)(de)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起的(de)(de)三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機體的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱氣流依(yi)次進(jin)入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利用(yong)熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸(xie)出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三(san)個(ge)同軸水平放置的內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與(yu)之相(xiang)當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房(fang)建筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在(zai)(zai)外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通(tong)過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機總體(ti)結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)料由(you)供料裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)內層(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)料移動至內層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散(san)發的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)料行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下(xia)(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由(you)此完成干(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
