三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總長度(du)約(yue)為與(yu)之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠(chang)房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)動(dong)(dong)托輪。通過(guo)托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量,同(tong)時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)式(shi)行進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
