回轉(zhuan)式三(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)改進原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)內(nei)(nei)部結構,增加入機(ji)(ji)前(qian)濕料的(de)(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干和(he)延長濕料在機(ji)(ji)內(nei)(nei)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干時間,再加上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的(de)(de)配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)生(sheng)產能(neng)力與原單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先(xian)進、運行(xing)參(can)數合(he)理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構(gou)
三(san)筒烘干機是通過(guo)對單筒烘干機的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘干機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流(liu)依次進入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截面(mian)得到充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度(du)約為(wei)與(yu)之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定(ding)連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散(san)落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩(liang)步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸(xi)收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量,又吸(xi)收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量,同時又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)燥時間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重而(er)不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
