回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內(nei)部結構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的(de)預(yu)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)和延(yan)長濕料(liao)在機(ji)內(nei)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再(zai)加上(shang)密封、保溫(wen)以及合(he)理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位(wei)容(rong)積蒸(zheng)發強度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運行參(can)數合(he)理,操作簡單可(ke)行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)礦渣、粘土(tu)、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘(hong)干機是通過對單筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起(qi)的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再(zai)卸出。
烘干機筒體(ti)部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)(de)(de)(de)內、中、外筒套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒體(ti)的(de)(de)(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得(de)到充分的(de)(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)(de)單筒的(de)(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由(you)電機(ji)直接帶動托輪(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回轉滾筒(tong)的內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)(chao)板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收內層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同(tong)時(shi)又延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入(ru)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)內呈矩(ju)形(xing)多回路(lu)方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩(ju)形(xing)抄(chao)(chao)板內進(jin)行(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完(wan)成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
