回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)內部結(jie)構,增(zeng)加入機(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)和(he)延長濕(shi)料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以(yi)及合理的配套措(cuo)施(shi),使烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)生產(chan)能(neng)力與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發(fa)強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于各個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)體改為套疊在(zai)一(yi)起(qi)的三(san)筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料和熱氣流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入(ru)內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流(liu)(liu)后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利(li)用(yong)。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為(wei)與之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒上輪帶(dai)與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該(gai)機總體結構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供(gong)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)層,實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層的(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下(xia)不斷(duan)抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)層的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層不斷(duan)地被反(fan)復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層既(ji)充分吸收內(nei)(nei)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收中(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層另(ling)一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方(fang)式(shi)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有(you)達到(dao)干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重(zhong)而不能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
