回轉(zhuan)式(shi)三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)原(yuan)單筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部結(jie)構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預(yu)烘(hong)干和延長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間(jian),再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配(pei)套措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與(yu)原(yuan)單筒式(shi)烘(hong)干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技(ji)術先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業(ye)的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進(jin)入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘干物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同(tong)軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這(zhe)就(jiu)使(shi)筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利(li)用。其筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由(you)電機(ji)直(zhi)接帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單(dan),為便于(yu)磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物料由供(gong)料裝置進(jin)入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層,實現順流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換,物料移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層的另一端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin),呈進(jin)兩步(bu)退(tui)一步(bu)的行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物料在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)層滾筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層滾筒(tong)的熱(re)量(liang),同(tong)時又延長了(le)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時間,物料在(zai)此達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態(tai)。物料行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層另一端(duan)而(er)落入外(wai)層,物料在(zai)外(wai)層滾筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)形多(duo)回(hui)路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的物料在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)(da)(da)到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物料因自重(zhong)而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物料在(zai)此矩(ju)形抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的。
