回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對(dui)單筒烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)(xing)尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分利(li)用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分(fen)由(you)三(san)個同軸水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的利(li)用。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約為與之(zhi)相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
工作原理(li)
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)抄(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)(jin)式實現熱(re)(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步(bu)退一步(bu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)行進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延長了(le)干燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行至中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式行進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱(re)(re)風作用下快(kuai)(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快(kuai)(kuai)速行進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干燥(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
