三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三(san)個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由(you)電機直接帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒體轉動(dong)。該機總體結構(gou)緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單(dan),為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的內層,實現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)內層的抄板(ban)下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現(xian)熱(re)交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層的另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層既充(chong)分吸收內層滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)筒(tong)的熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層另一(yi)端(duan)而落入外層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)外層滾(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形(xing)多回路(lu)方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong),沒(mei)有達(da)到干(gan)燥(zao)效果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板(ban)內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
