大型三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)(du)約為與之相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊(cou)、合理(li)、簡(jian)單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固(gu)定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現(xian)順流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進(jin)式實現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動(dong)至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行逆流烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚(yang)進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱量,又吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方(fang)式行進(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行進(jin)排出滾筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速行進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行充分(fen)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥目的(de)。
