三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和(he)廠(chang)房建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)(gai)機的支承裝(zhuang)置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)(lun)支承,由電(dian)機直接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)(lun)。通(tong)過托輪(lun)(lun)與輪(lun)(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單,為(wei)便(bian)于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回(hui)轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的內層,實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內層的抄板下不斷(duan)抄起、散落(luo)呈螺旋(xuan)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移動(dong)至內層的另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)(zhong)層既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分吸收內層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)散發的熱量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)的熱量,同時又(you)延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)(zhong)層另一(yi)(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)內呈矩形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱風作用(yong)下快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong),沒有(you)達到干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自重而不能快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此(ci)矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao),由此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
