回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對(dui)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外(wai)(wai)形尺(chi)寸(cun)。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復折(zhe)流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)形總長(chang)度約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承(cheng)(cheng),由電機直接(jie)帶動(dong)(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉動(dong)(dong)。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢(jian)修(xiu)更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原(yuan)理
