三(san)筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三(san)筒(tong),以縮(suo)短烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱氣(qi)流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分(fen)利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同(tong)軸水(shui)平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體的截(jie)面得到(dao)充分(fen)的利用(yong)。其(qi)筒(tong)體外(wai)(wai)形總長度約(yue)為與之(zhi)相當(dang)的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面積(ji)和廠(chang)房建筑面積(ji)。
該機的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機直接帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在(zai)中間設(she)計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工(gong)作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進入回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不斷抄起、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)端進入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被(bei)反(fan)復揚進,呈進兩步(bu)退一(yi)步(bu)的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形(xing)(xing)多回(hui)路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進排出(chu)滾筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達到(dao)(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進,物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)(xing)抄板內(nei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)燥(zao),由此完(wan)成(cheng)干(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
