三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸(zhou)水平(ping)放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)外(wai)形總長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)(lun)帶與(yu)托輪(lun)(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)(lun)。通過托輪(lun)(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉動。該(gai)機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間設計成(cheng)軸向(xiang)剖分(fen)式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)順流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不斷抄起(qi)、散落呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)熱交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)不斷地(di)被(bei)反復(fu)揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中層(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長(chang)了干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中層(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)(ru)外層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈矩形多回路方式(shi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而(er)不能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板(ban)內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干(gan)燥,由此完(wan)成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)。
