回轉式三(san)筒烘(hong)干機改進原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒烘(hong)干機內(nei)部結構,增加(jia)入機前濕(shi)料的預烘(hong)干和延長濕(shi)料在(zai)機內(nei)烘(hong)干時(shi)間(jian),再加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及合(he)理的配(pei)套措(cuo)施(shi),使烘(hong)干機生(sheng)產能(neng)力(li)與原(yuan)單(dan)(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機相比,提高48-80%,單(dan)(dan)位(wei)容積蒸發強(qiang)度可(ke)達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術(shu)先進、運行(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)(dan)可(ke)行(xing),廣泛應(ying)用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通(tong)過(guo)對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在(zai)機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后再(zai)卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體部分由三(san)個同(tong)軸(zhou)水(shui)平(ping)放置的(de)(de)(de)內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑(zhu)面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪帶與(yu)托(tuo)輪支承,由(you)電(dian)機直接(jie)帶動(dong)托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)輪帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固(gu)定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
