產品結構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機是通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)機的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)機體(ti)的(de)外形尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物(wu)料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物(wu)料后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由(you)三個同軸水平放(fang)置的內、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)套疊組成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面得到充分的利(li)用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長(chang)度(du)約(yue)為與之相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度(du)地減少占地面積和(he)廠房建筑面積。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的支承裝置(zhi),是在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶與(yu)(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)(jie)帶動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與(yu)(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總(zong)體(ti)結構(gou)緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便(bian)于磨損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接(jie)(jie)。
