回(hui)轉式三筒烘干機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原單筒烘干機(ji)內(nei)部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕料的(de)(de)預烘干和延長濕料在機(ji)內(nei)烘干時間,再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的(de)(de)配套措施,使烘干機(ji)生產能力與原單筒式烘干機(ji)相比,提高48-80%,單位容積(ji)蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術先進(jin)、運行參數合理,操(cao)作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的(de)(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三(san)筒烘(hong)干機是通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)干機的單筒體(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)的外形(xing)尺寸。該機工(gong)作時,物料(liao)和(he)熱氣(qi)流(liu)(liu)依次進(jin)入內至外筒體(ti),在機體(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折流(liu)(liu)后,充分利用熱能烘(hong)干物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部(bu)分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截(jie)面得到充(chong)分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總(zong)長度(du)(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建(jian)筑面積。
該機的支承裝置(zhi),是在外(wai)筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承,由電機直接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過(guo)托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動。該機總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的檢修更換,在中間設計(ji)成軸(zhou)向(xiang)剖分(fen)式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
