回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒式烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒體(ti)改(gai)為套(tao)疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和熱氣(qi)流(liu)依次進入內至外(wai)筒體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形往復(fu)折(zhe)流(liu)后,充分(fen)利(li)用熱能烘(hong)干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置(zhi)的(de)內、中(zhong)、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得(de)到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約為與之(zhi)相當的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地(di)減少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積。
該(gai)機的支(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是(shi)在(zai)外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢(jian)修更換,在(zai)中(zhong)間設(she)計成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定(ding)連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)入(ru)回(hui)轉滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散(san)落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端進(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘干,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)方(fang)(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散(san)發的(de)(de)熱量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱量(liang),同時又延長了干燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)端而(er)落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方(fang)(fang)式行(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風(feng)作用下(xia)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而(er)不(bu)能(neng)快速行(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形抄板內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分(fen)干燥,由此完成干燥目的(de)(de)。
