回轉式(shi)三(san)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機改(gai)進原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機內部結構,增加入機前(qian)濕料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料(liao)在機內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上(shang)密封、保溫以及合(he)理的(de)配套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機生產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強(qiang)度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)(xing)參數合(he)理,操作簡單(dan)可行(xing)(xing),廣泛應用于各個行(xing)(xing)業的(de)礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)(san)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體改為套(tao)疊在(zai)一起的三(san)(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機(ji)體的外形尺寸。該機(ji)工作(zuo)時,物料和(he)熱(re)(re)氣(qi)流依(yi)次進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒(tong)(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)(re)能烘干(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機(ji)筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放(fang)置的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截面得到充分(fen)的(de)利用(yong)。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約(yue)為(wei)與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而(er)大幅(fu)度(du)地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上輪帶與(yu)(yu)托(tuo)輪支(zhi)承,由(you)電(dian)機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)輪。通過托(tuo)輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為便于磨損件(jian)的檢修更(geng)換,在中(zhong)間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作(zuo)原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進入回轉滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順(shun)流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)抄板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行進式(shi)實現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)(de)(de)另(ling)一(yi)端進入中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進行逆流烘干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進,呈(cheng)(cheng)進兩(liang)步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)(de)行進方(fang)式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發(fa)的(de)(de)(de)熱量,又吸收中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)(de)(de)熱量,同時又延長了干(gan)燥時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此達到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)(cheng)矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方(fang)式(shi)行進,達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)熱風作(zuo)用(yong)下快(kuai)速(su)行進排出滾(gun)筒,沒有達到(dao)干(gan)燥效果(guo)的(de)(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快(kuai)速(su)行進,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)此矩(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄板(ban)內(nei)進行充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥,由(you)此完成干(gan)燥目的(de)(de)(de)。
