回轉式三筒烘干(gan)機(ji)改進(jin)原單(dan)筒烘干(gan)機(ji)內部結構,增(zeng)加入(ru)機(ji)前(qian)濕(shi)料(liao)的預烘干(gan)和延長濕(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘干(gan)時間(jian),再加上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘干(gan)機(ji)生產能力(li)與(yu)原單(dan)筒式烘干(gan)機(ji)相比(bi),提高48-80%,單(dan)位容積蒸發強度(du)可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行(xing)參(can)數合理,操(cao)作簡單(dan)可行(xing),廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于(yu)各(ge)個行(xing)業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)是通過對單(dan)筒烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)的單(dan)筒體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)機(ji)體(ti)的外形(xing)(xing)尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次(ci)進入(ru)內(nei)至外筒體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由(you)三(san)個同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組(zu)成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅(fu)度(du)地減少(shao)占地面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)(zhi)承(cheng),由電(dian)機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩(mo)擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構(gou)緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損(sun)件的檢修更換,在中間(jian)設計成(cheng)軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓(shuan)固定連接(jie)。
工作(zuo)原理
