產品結(jie)構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊在(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)(ji)(ji)體的外形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工(gong)作(zuo)時,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)和熱氣流依次(ci)進入內至外筒(tong)體,在(zai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體Z形(xing)往復折(zhe)流后,充分(fen)利用熱能烘干物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放置的(de)內(nei)、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就(jiu)使筒(tong)(tong)體的(de)截面得到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總(zong)長度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減少占(zhan)地面積(ji)(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)(ji)的(de)支承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)與托(tuo)輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)(dai)動(dong)托(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體(ti)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便于(yu)磨損件的(de)檢修(xiu)更(geng)換,在中間設(she)計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)由(you)供(gong)料(liao)裝置進(jin)入回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下(xia)不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)式(shi)(shi)實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地(di)被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)熱(re)量,又(you)吸收中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)量,同時又(you)延(yan)長了干(gan)燥時間(jian),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥狀態。物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在外層(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)進(jin),達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在熱(re)風作用(yong)下(xia)快速(su)行(xing)進(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到(dao)干(gan)燥效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)(wu)料(liao)在此(ci)矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)燥,由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)燥目的(de)。
