產品結構(gou)
三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機是通過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)改(gai)為套疊在(zai)(zai)一起的三筒(tong),以(yi)縮短烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)機體(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱(re)氣流依次進入內(nei)至外筒(tong)體(ti),在(zai)(zai)機體(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱(re)能烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后(hou)再卸出(chu)。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水(shui)平放置的內、中(zhong)、外(wai)(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)的截(jie)面得(de)到(dao)充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)外(wai)(wai)形總長(chang)度(du)約為與(yu)之相當的單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大幅度(du)地減(jian)少占地面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的(de)支承裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶與托輪(lun)支承,由電機(ji)直接(jie)帶動托輪(lun)。通過托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊(jin)湊、合理、簡單,為便于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢修更換(huan),在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固定連(lian)接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒的(de)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實現順流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷抄起、散(san)落呈螺(luo)旋(xuan)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實現熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的(de)另一(yi)(yi)端進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流(liu)烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)(yi)步的(de)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)分吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒散(san)發的(de)熱(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒的(de)熱(re)量,同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干燥(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另一(yi)(yi)端而落入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈矩形多回路(lu)方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作(zuo)用(yong)下快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有達(da)到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能(neng)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)分干燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成(cheng)干燥(zao)目的(de)。
