回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三(san)筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干機(ji)是通過對單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干機(ji)的單(dan)(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)改為(wei)套疊(die)在一起的三(san)筒(tong)(tong),以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)的外形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工作時,物料和熱氣流(liu)(liu)依(yi)次進入內至外筒(tong)(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)Z形往復折流(liu)(liu)后(hou),充(chong)分(fen)利用熱能烘(hong)干物料后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體部分由三個同軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面得到充分的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體外(wai)形總長度約為與之相當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少占地面積和廠房建筑面積。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶與托輪支承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉動。該機總體結構緊湊、合(he)理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式,用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
