回轉式三筒烘(hong)干機(ji)改進(jin)(jin)原單(dan)筒烘(hong)干機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)干和延(yan)長濕料在機(ji)內烘(hong)干時間,再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合理(li)的配(pei)套(tao)措施,使烘(hong)干機(ji)生產能力與(yu)原單(dan)筒式烘(hong)干機(ji)相(xiang)比,提高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積(ji)蒸發強度可達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其(qi)技術(shu)先進(jin)(jin)、運行參數合理(li),操作簡(jian)單(dan)可行,廣泛應用于(yu)各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結(jie)構
三筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)是通過對單筒(tong)(tong)烘干機(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套(tao)疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形尺寸(cun)。該機(ji)工(gong)作時,物料和(he)熱氣流依次(ci)進入內(nei)至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后,充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組(zu)成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的截面(mian)得到充(chong)分(fen)的利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總(zong)長度約為與之相當的單筒(tong)的30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地(di)減少(shao)占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和廠房建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置,是(shi)在外(wai)筒上輪(lun)帶與(yu)托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電機(ji)直接帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結(jie)構(gou)緊湊(cou)、合(he)理、簡單,為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更(geng)換(huan),在中間設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓(shuan)固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板(ban)下不(bu)斷抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入中層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)不(bu)斷地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物料(liao)(liao)在中層(ceng)既充分吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)(re)量(liang),同時又延(yan)長(chang)了干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中層(ceng)另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入外層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)內(nei)(nei)(nei)呈矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)(xing)多回路方(fang)式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)物料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)(re)風作用下快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不(bu)能快速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在此矩(ju)(ju)形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板(ban)內(nei)(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充分干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)(de)。
