回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改進原單筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加入機(ji)前濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)的(de)預烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕(shi)(shi)料(liao)在機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間,再加上密封、保溫(wen)以(yi)及合理的(de)配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能力與原單筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提高(gao)48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤(mei)耗僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行(xing)參數合理,操(cao)作簡單可行(xing),廣泛應用于各個(ge)行(xing)業的(de)礦渣(zha)、粘土、煤(mei)。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過(guo)對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒(tong)體改(gai)為套疊(die)在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體的外(wai)形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時(shi),物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外(wai)筒(tong)體,在機(ji)體Z形往復(fu)折流后,充分(fen)利用熱能(neng)烘干(gan)(gan)物料(liao)后再卸出(chu)。
烘干(gan)機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三(san)個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的(de)內、中、外(wai)筒(tong)套(tao)疊組成,這就使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外(wai)形總長度約(yue)為(wei)與之相當(dang)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度地減少占地面(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)積。
該機的(de)支(zhi)承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置,是在外筒上輪帶與托輪支(zhi)承(cheng),由電機直接帶動托輪。通過托輪與輪帶摩擦,使筒體(ti)轉動。該機總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損件的(de)檢(jian)修更換(huan),在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入回轉滾(gun)筒的內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)(shi)現順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的抄板下不(bu)(bu)斷抄起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)(shi)實(shi)(shi)現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)移動至內(nei)層(ceng)的另一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)(bu)斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi)(shi),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充分吸(xi)收內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒散發的熱量(liang),又吸(xi)收中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒的熱量(liang),同時又延長了干燥(zao)(zao)時間(jian),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)狀態(tai)。物(wu)料(liao)行(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一端(duan)而落入外層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)多(duo)回路方式(shi)(shi)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出(chu)滾(gun)筒,沒有(you)達(da)到干燥(zao)(zao)效果(guo)的濕物(wu)料(liao)因自重而不(bu)(bu)能快速(su)(su)行(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此矩形(xing)抄板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)充分干燥(zao)(zao),由此完成干燥(zao)(zao)目(mu)的。
