三筒烘干機是通過對單筒烘干機的單筒體改為套疊在一起的三筒,以縮短烘干機體的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒體,在機體Z形往復折流后,充分利用熱能烘干物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部分(fen)由三個同軸水平放置的(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)體的(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到(dao)充分(fen)的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長(chang)度(du)約(yue)為與之相當(dang)的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而(er)大幅度(du)地減少占地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機(ji)的支(zhi)承裝置(zhi),是(shi)在外筒上(shang)輪(lun)帶(dai)與托輪(lun)支(zhi)承,由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶(dai)摩(mo)擦,使筒體轉動。該機(ji)總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于磨(mo)損件(jian)的檢(jian)修更換,在中(zhong)間(jian)設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工(gong)作原理(li)
物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)回(hui)轉滾筒(tong)的(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實(shi)現(xian)順流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷(duan)抄(chao)(chao)起、散落呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現(xian)熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)(jin)入(ru)(ru)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘(hong)干,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)地被反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既(ji)充(chong)(chong)分吸收內(nei)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)的(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)(shi)又延長了干燥(zao)時(shi)(shi)間,物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達到干燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另(ling)一(yi)端(duan)而落入(ru)(ru)外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外(wai)層(ceng)滾筒(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩(ju)形多回(hui)路方式行(xing)進(jin)(jin),達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾筒(tong),沒有達到干燥(zao)效(xiao)果的(de)濕物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)因(yin)自重(zhong)而不能(neng)快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin),物(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩(ju)形抄(chao)(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)(chong)分干燥(zao),由此(ci)完(wan)成(cheng)干燥(zao)目(mu)的(de)。
