回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品結構
三筒式烘干(gan)機是通過對(dui)單筒烘干(gan)機的(de)(de)單筒體(ti)(ti)改為(wei)套疊在一起的(de)(de)三筒,以縮短烘干(gan)機體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)外形(xing)尺寸。該機工作時,物(wu)料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次進入(ru)內至外筒體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充(chong)分利用熱(re)能(neng)烘干(gan)物(wu)料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部分(fen)由(you)三(san)個同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)截面得到充(chong)分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總(zong)長度約為(wei)與之相當(dang)的(de)(de)(de)單筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減少占(zhan)地(di)面積(ji)和廠房(fang)建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支(zhi)承裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上(shang)輪帶(dai)與(yu)托輪支(zhi)承,由電機直接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與(yu)輪帶(dai)摩擦,使(shi)筒體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于(yu)磨損(sun)件的(de)檢修更(geng)換,在中間(jian)設計成軸向剖分(fen)式,用螺栓固定連(lian)接。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)由供料(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉滾(gun)(gun)筒的內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),實(shi)現順流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷抄(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行進(jin)(jin)(jin)式(shi)實(shi)現熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)移(yi)動至內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)的另(ling)一端進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),進(jin)(jin)(jin)行逆流烘(hong)干(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)不斷地被反(fan)復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的行進(jin)(jin)(jin)方式(shi),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)既充(chong)(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)(nei)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒散發的熱量,又(you)吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒的熱量,同時又(you)延長(chang)了干(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)行至中(zhong)層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)另(ling)一端而落(luo)入(ru)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)(ceng)滾(gun)(gun)筒內(nei)(nei)呈(cheng)矩形多回路方式(shi)行進(jin)(jin)(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下(xia)快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)(gun)筒,沒有(you)達到(dao)干(gan)燥(zao)效果的濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)因自重而不能快速行進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)在(zai)此(ci)(ci)矩形抄(chao)板內(nei)(nei)進(jin)(jin)(jin)行充(chong)(chong)分(fen)干(gan)燥(zao),由此(ci)(ci)完成干(gan)燥(zao)目的。
