回轉式(shi)三筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)改進原單筒烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)內部結構(gou),增(zeng)加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料(liao)的預烘(hong)(hong)干和延長濕料(liao)在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)干時間(jian),再(zai)加(jia)上密(mi)封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)生產(chan)能力與原單筒式(shi)烘(hong)(hong)干機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單位容(rong)積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標(biao)準煤耗(hao)僅為(wei)6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操(cao)作(zuo)簡單可行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)是(shi)通過對單筒烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套(tao)疊在一(yi)起(qi)的(de)(de)(de)三筒,以縮短烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)(de)(de)外形尺(chi)寸。該機(ji)工作時(shi),物(wu)料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往(wang)復折流后(hou)(hou),充分(fen)利用熱(re)能(neng)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干物(wu)料后(hou)(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)體部(bu)分(fen)由三個(ge)同(tong)軸水平放置的(de)(de)內、中、外筒(tong)套(tao)疊(die)組成(cheng),這就使筒(tong)體的(de)(de)截(jie)面(mian)得到充分(fen)的(de)(de)利用。其筒(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相(xiang)當的(de)(de)單(dan)筒(tong)的(de)(de)30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積和廠房建(jian)筑(zhu)面(mian)積。
該機(ji)(ji)的支承(cheng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi),是在外筒上輪(lun)帶與托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)支承(cheng),由電機(ji)(ji)直接(jie)帶動托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)。通過托(tuo)(tuo)輪(lun)與輪(lun)帶摩擦(ca),使(shi)筒體(ti)轉動。該機(ji)(ji)總體(ti)結構緊湊、合理、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件的檢修(xiu)更換,在中(zhong)間設計成軸(zhou)向剖分式,用(yong)螺(luo)栓固(gu)定連接(jie)。
工作原理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝(zhuang)置進(jin)入回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)內(nei)層(ceng),實現順(shun)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)抄(chao)板下(xia)不斷(duan)(duan)抄(chao)起(qi)、散落(luo)呈(cheng)螺旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)式實現熱(re)交換(huan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)移(yi)動(dong)至內(nei)層(ceng)的(de)(de)另一(yi)端(duan)進(jin)入中(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆(ni)流(liu)烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)不斷(duan)(duan)地被反復揚進(jin),呈(cheng)進(jin)兩步退一(yi)步的(de)(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)方式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在中(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內(nei)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),又吸收(shou)中(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)熱(re)量(liang),同時(shi)又延(yan)長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)狀(zhuang)態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至中(zhong)層(ceng)另一(yi)端(duan)而落(luo)入外(wai)層(ceng),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在外(wai)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內(nei)呈(cheng)矩形(xing)(xing)多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在熱(re)風作用下(xia)快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)排(pai)出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒有達到(dao)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)效果的(de)(de)濕物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而不能快(kuai)速行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)在此矩形(xing)(xing)抄(chao)板內(nei)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao),由此完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)(zao)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
