回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產品(pin)結構
三筒(tong)式烘(hong)干機是(shi)通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)干機的單(dan)筒(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三筒(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干機體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該機工作時,物料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內至外筒(tong)體(ti)(ti),在機體(ti)(ti)Z形往復折流后(hou),充分利用熱能(neng)烘(hong)干物料(liao)后(hou)再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)部(bu)分(fen)(fen)由三個同軸水平(ping)放(fang)置(zhi)的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)的截面(mian)得(de)到(dao)充分(fen)(fen)的利用(yong)。其筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)外形總長度約為與之(zhi)相(xiang)當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度地(di)減(jian)少占地(di)面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房(fang)建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該機的支承(cheng)裝置,是在外筒(tong)上(shang)輪帶與(yu)(yu)托輪支承(cheng),由電機直(zhi)接帶動托輪。通過托輪與(yu)(yu)輪帶摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該機總(zong)體結(jie)構緊湊(cou)、合理、簡單,為(wei)便于(yu)磨損件的檢修更換,在中間設(she)計成(cheng)軸向剖分式,用螺栓固定連接。
