工(gong)作原理
XDS三筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)烘干機是一種水平(ping)安裝(zhuang)的組合烘干機,筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體依靠(kao)4個驅動(dong)(dong)(dong)輪支撐并(bing)摩擦傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體輪帶。筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)體的入料(liao)端設有熱風爐裝(zhuang)置(zhi),當被烘干物(wu)料(liao)進(jin)入內筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)后(hou),在(zai)(zai)內筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)螺旋揚料(liao)板(ban)(ban)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)下進(jin)入內筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)斜軸向(xiang)(xiang)揚料(liao)板(ban)(ban),在(zai)(zai)揚料(liao)板(ban)(ban)帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)下形成(cheng)(cheng)斜軸向(xiang)(xiang)均勻料(liao)幕同(tong)時推動(dong)(dong)(dong)物(wu)料(liao)前進(jin);物(wu)料(liao)進(jin)入中筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)后(hou),在(zai)(zai)弧形斜徑向(xiang)(xiang)揚料(liao)板(ban)(ban)作(zuo)用(yong)下,形成(cheng)(cheng)斜徑向(xiang)(xiang)均勻前進(jin)料(liao)幕;物(wu)料(liao)進(jin)入外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)后(hou),在(zai)(zai)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong)多點徑向(xiang)(xiang)揚料(liao)板(ban)(ban)作(zuo)用(yong)下,形成(cheng)(cheng)多點徑向(xiang)(xiang)料(liao)幕,并(bing)向(xiang)(xiang)出(chu)(chu)料(liao)端移動(dong)(dong)(dong);出(chu)(chu)料(liao)端物(wu)料(liao)落在(zai)(zai)出(chu)(chu)料(liao)錐上(shang)進(jin)入出(chu)(chu)料(liao)螺旋筒(tong)(tong)(tong)(tong),再落入出(chu)(chu)料(liao)罩排出(chu)(chu)。熱煙氣在(zai)(zai)揚料(liao)過程中與物(wu)料(liao)充分(fen)進(jin)行(xing)熱交(jiao)換,物(wu)料(liao)所(suo)含(han)水份蒸發后(hou)被氣流帶走。

XDS型三筒烘干機(ji)主要用于烘干一定濕度范(fan)圍內顆粒物料如干粉砂漿行業中所用的黃砂;鑄造(zao)行業中的型砂;建材(cai)行業中的高爐礦(kuang)渣(zha)、礦(kuang)渣(zha)、粘土(tu)、煤、鐵(tie)粉等;化(hua)工(gong)行業中的不起(qi)化(hua)學反應、不怕高溫及污染的小顆粒等,烘干后的物料終水份可任意控制。
