回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。

三筒(tong)(tong)式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)是(shi)通(tong)過對單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)的(de)單(dan)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在(zai)一起的(de)三筒(tong)(tong),以縮短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣(qi)流依次(ci)進入(ru)內至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)(ti),在(zai)機(ji)(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形(xing)往復折流后,充分(fen)利用熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后再卸出。
烘干機筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同軸水平(ping)放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中(zhong)、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊(die)組成,這(zhe)就使筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)(mian)得到(dao)充分的(de)利用。其(qi)筒(tong)(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)(tong)的(de)30-35%。從(cong)而大幅度地減少占地面(mian)(mian)積和廠房建筑面(mian)(mian)積。
該機(ji)的支承裝置,是在(zai)外筒上輪帶(dai)(dai)與托輪支承,由電機(ji)直接帶(dai)(dai)動(dong)托輪。通過托輪與輪帶(dai)(dai)摩(mo)擦(ca),使筒體轉(zhuan)動(dong)。該機(ji)總(zong)體結構緊湊、合理、簡單,為便(bian)于磨(mo)損(sun)件的檢修更(geng)換(huan),在(zai)中間設計(ji)成軸向剖分式,用(yong)螺栓(shuan)固定連接。
