回轉式三筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)改(gai)進(jin)原單(dan)筒(tong)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)內部(bu)結構,增加(jia)入機(ji)前濕料的預烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)和延長(chang)濕料在(zai)機(ji)內烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)時間(jian),再加(jia)上密封、保(bao)溫以及合(he)理的配套措(cuo)施,使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)生(sheng)產能(neng)力與原單(dan)筒(tong)式烘(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)機(ji)相比,提(ti)高48-80%,單(dan)位容(rong)積蒸發強度可(ke)達(da)120-180kg/m3,標準(zhun)煤耗(hao)僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進(jin)、運行參數合(he)理,操(cao)作簡(jian)單(dan)可(ke)行,廣泛(fan)應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘(zhan)土、煤。
產品結構
三筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)是通(tong)過對單筒(tong)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)單筒(tong)體(ti)改為套疊在一起的(de)三筒(tong),以縮短(duan)烘干(gan)機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)的(de)外(wai)形(xing)尺寸。該機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作時,物(wu)料(liao)和熱氣流依次進入內(nei)至(zhi)外(wai)筒(tong)體(ti),在機(ji)(ji)(ji)體(ti)Z形(xing)往(wang)復折(zhe)流后,充分利用熱能烘干(gan)物(wu)料(liao)后再卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)(tong)體部分由三個(ge)同(tong)軸(zhou)水平放置的內、中、外筒(tong)(tong)套疊組成,這就使筒(tong)(tong)體的截(jie)面得到充分的利用。其筒(tong)(tong)體外形總長度(du)約為與之相當的單筒(tong)(tong)的30-35%。從而大(da)幅度(du)地(di)(di)減少占地(di)(di)面積(ji)和廠房建筑面積(ji)。
該(gai)機的(de)支承(cheng)裝置,是在(zai)外筒(tong)(tong)上輪帶(dai)與托(tuo)輪支承(cheng),由電(dian)機直(zhi)接帶(dai)動托(tuo)輪。通(tong)過托(tuo)輪與輪帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)(tong)體轉(zhuan)動。該(gai)機總體結構緊湊、合理(li)、簡單(dan),為便于磨損件(jian)的(de)檢修更換,在(zai)中間(jian)設(she)計(ji)成軸向剖分式(shi),用螺栓固定連接。
工作原(yuan)理
物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)由(you)供料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)裝置進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)回轉(zhuan)滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)內層,實(shi)現順流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)內層的(de)抄(chao)(chao)板下不斷抄(chao)(chao)起、散落(luo)呈(cheng)(cheng)螺(luo)旋行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)式實(shi)現熱交換,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)移(yi)動至內層的(de)另(ling)一端(duan)進(jin)(jin)(jin)入(ru)中(zhong)層,進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)逆流烘干(gan)(gan),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層不斷地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin)(jin),呈(cheng)(cheng)進(jin)(jin)(jin)兩步退(tui)一步的(de)行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)方(fang)式,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)層既充(chong)分吸(xi)收內層滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱量,又(you)吸(xi)收中(zhong)層滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)的(de)熱量,同時又(you)延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)時間,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)狀態。物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)行(xing)至中(zhong)層另(ling)一端(duan)而(er)落(luo)入(ru)外層,物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong)內呈(cheng)(cheng)矩形多回路方(fang)式行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱風作用下快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)(gun)(gun)筒(tong)(tong),沒(mei)有(you)達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)因自(zi)重而(er)不能快(kuai)速行(xing)進(jin)(jin)(jin),物(wu)(wu)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)在(zai)此(ci)矩形抄(chao)(chao)板內進(jin)(jin)(jin)行(xing)充(chong)分干(gan)(gan)燥(zao),由(you)此(ci)完成干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)目的(de)。
