回轉式三筒烘干機改進原單筒烘干機內部結構,增加入機前濕料的預烘干和延長濕料在機內烘干時間,再加上密封、保溫以及合理的配套措施,使烘干機生產能力與原單筒式烘干機相比,提高48-80%,單位容積蒸發強度可達120-180kg/m3,標準煤耗僅為6-8kg/t。其技術先進、運行參數合理,操作簡單可行,廣泛應用于各個行業的礦渣、粘土、煤。
產(chan)品結構
三(san)筒式烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)是通過對單筒烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)的單筒體(ti)(ti)改為套疊在一起的三(san)筒,以縮(suo)短烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)體(ti)(ti)的外形尺寸。該(gai)機(ji)工作時,物料和熱(re)氣流依次進入內至外筒體(ti)(ti),在機(ji)體(ti)(ti)Z形往復(fu)折流后(hou),充分利用(yong)熱(re)能烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)物料后(hou)再卸(xie)出。
烘(hong)干機筒(tong)體(ti)部分由三個同(tong)軸(zhou)水(shui)平放置(zhi)的(de)內(nei)、中、外筒(tong)套疊(die)組(zu)成,這就(jiu)使筒(tong)體(ti)的(de)截面(mian)得到充分的(de)利用。其筒(tong)體(ti)外形總長度約為與之相當的(de)單筒(tong)的(de)30-35%。從而大幅度地減少(shao)占地面(mian)積(ji)和(he)廠房建(jian)筑面(mian)積(ji)。
該(gai)機(ji)的支承裝置,是(shi)在外筒(tong)上輪(lun)帶(dai)與(yu)托輪(lun)支承,由電(dian)機(ji)直(zhi)接帶(dai)動(dong)托輪(lun)。通過(guo)托輪(lun)與(yu)輪(lun)帶(dai)摩擦,使筒(tong)體轉動(dong)。該(gai)機(ji)總體結(jie)構緊湊、合理、簡(jian)單,為(wei)便于磨損件的檢修更(geng)換,在中間設計成軸向(xiang)剖分式(shi),用(yong)螺栓固定連接。
